  • NCR Realty Hub is NOT a developer, builder, coloniser, or promoter of any real estate project listed on this website.
  • We do not construct, sell, or deliver any real estate project directly.
  • Our role is to provide information, facilitate site visits, assist with initial enquiry processes, and connect prospective buyers or investors with the relevant developer.
  • All transactions for the purchase of property are conducted directly between the buyer and the developer/promoter.
  • For land facilitation services, our role is limited to advisory and introduction — we do not act as a party to any land transaction.

All project details, specifications, pricing, floor plans, amenity lists, possession timelines, and other information displayed on this website are sourced from the respective developers/builders and are provided for informational purposes only.

  • Project details are subject to change by the developer without prior notice to us or to you.
  • Prices mentioned on the website (if any) are indicative and may vary based on the unit, floor, payment plan, prevailing offers, and other factors as determined by the developer.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information displayed, but we do not guarantee its completeness, reliability, or error-free status.
  • Independent verification is strongly recommended. Any provision of these terms that is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
