We are not the developer, promoter, or builder of any project listed on this website. All property transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and the respective developer/promoter.

2. RERA Agent Registration

NCR Realty Hub operates as a registered real estate agent under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.

Our RERA Agent Registration Number will be displayed here upon confirmation from the Haryana RERA authority. In the interim, we operate in full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Act.

3. Independent Verification of Project RERA Numbers

Each project listed on this website should be, and we make reasonable efforts to ensure is, registered with Haryana RERA (Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority).
